Seasonal Dues are $200 and include shorts, socks, a t-shirt, CIPP registration fees (with National Office) and all match fees.

To register, you must complete the following steps (click the link at the bottom of this page to begin):

1. Submit your personal information online. Only your coaches will have access to it.



2. Download and complete 2 forms -- 2007 CIPP form and the Cougar Rugby Waiver/Release Form.



3. Write a check for $200 made out to L.A. Cougars Rugby Club.



4. RETURN ALL FORMS AND CHECK TO COUGAR COACHING STAFF.
